My name is Kristi, I'm 24 years old, and my interests vary in accordance to my mood. But normally they include spending time with those I care about, reading (many forms of literature), writing(fanfiction/genre/poetry/anything!), watching movies, being online, exploring the subtle nuances of empathy and the unknown, etc.
I consider myself a writer and poet, observing the world known as reality and delving deep into the realm of imagination.
I have a degree in English with a minor in Spanish from the University at Buffalo where I also tutored student athletes in the aforementioned subjects.
I am also a certified Reiki Master Practitioner (Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition), highly empathic, an Intuitive Reader, and consider myself a proficient Healer (I'm always willing to learn new modalities of healing and when I teach my first class I will be an official Reiki Master Teacher).
I also work part-time at a small library in Williamsville, where I am a Senior Page. I have a great respect for the written word. Being surrounded my works of literature inspires my pursuit of writing for publication.
Come Fall 2008, I'll be a Grad Student of the University at Buffalo to pursue an MLS (Master of Library Science). That's right, I'm going to be a librarian. ^__^
I'm really quite friendly. I don't bite, honest (well, unless you ask nicely ~_^). If you friend me, I'll friend you back, don't hesitate. I really love meeting new people and making new friends.
